Save your files to your device before the private link expires. A link is valid for 7 days and up to 20 file downloads.
Download using your browser
Open your private link in Chrome, Safari or another browser. Tap a file name and check your Downloads folder or Files app. If an in-app browser does not download, open the link in your normal browser.
Open a PDF
Use a PDF reader to view the file. To write on it, import it into an app or device that supports PDF annotation. Hyperlinks and writing tools depend on that software; a purchase does not include a device or app subscription.
Open a ZIP
Extract the ZIP using your computer's archive tool or your phone's file manager, then open the files inside with compatible software.
If a file does not open
Check that the download completed, then download it again. Check storage space and whether your software supports the format. If the problem remains, tell us the file name, device/app and exact error message.
If a file is missing or differs from the listing
Send the order reference and describe what is missing or different. The store can check the delivered files and the original order details. See the refund information for the issue review process.
If your link has expired
Request help using the order reference and purchase email. The administrator will check the order and payment status before creating a replacement link. A refunded or cancelled order does not have active download access.
