Images on published listings are public. Product download files are private. For a confirmed paid order, the administrator can create a time-limited download link and share it directly with the customer. Anyone with that link can use it until it expires, reaches its limit or is revoked. You can clear favorites and the cart using the store controls or your browser settings. Support requests submitted through the contact form store your email, optional order reference, message, status and submission time privately on this website. This information is used to troubleshoot your issue and respond. Email correspondence is processed by the email provider you use. Contact details will be displayed when the store owner adds a support email.
